JBL Introduces Tour ONE M3, the Most Feature-Rich, High Performance Headphone yet with a JBL-First Technology

Breakthrough JBL Smart Audio Transmitter Transforms Listener Experience and Redefines Everywhere Entertainment

CES 2025, LAS VEGAS – January 6, 2025 – JBL is raising the bar once again with the introduction of the JBL Tour ONE M3, the ultimate blend of innovative audio technology and seamless connectivity with the first JBL SMART Tx audio transmitter. This latest addition to

JBL’s headphones lineup pushes the boundaries of what high-performance over-ear headphones can achieve, combining lossless audio, Hi-Res Bluetooth, and advanced True Adaptive Noise Cancelling 2.0. Designed for music lovers, audiophiles, travellers, and everyone in between,

Tour ONE M3 delivers an unmatched listening experience with every use.

Everywhere Entertainment with JBL SMART Tx

At the forefront of the JBL Tour ONE M3’s innovations is the JBL SMART Tx,

a JBL-first in over-ear headphones. Made for listeners who want to elevate their audio experience, the JBL SMART Tx is a small, touch screen wireless audio transmitter, enabling

Everywhere Entertainment from any USB-C or analog audio source such as an inflight entertainment system, PC, tablet or television. The direct proprietary wireless connection between transmitter and the headphones improves latency, stability and call quality, making it the perfect pairing for any audio content form, wherever listeners are.

The first JBL SMART Tx audio transmitter enables the JBL Tour ONE M3 to be fully device, source and content agnostic, breaking the barrier of what wireless headphones can connect to and playback from. The audio transmitter also provides full control of the headphones’ features, offering users seamless control over music playback, call management, EQ Settings and the ability to broadcast any audio source to an unlimited amount of Auracast™ enabled devices. (Some models of JBL Tour ONE M3 are sold without the SMART Tx transmitter.)

"The JBL Tour ONE M3 represents a groundbreaking step forward in audio innovation," said Carsten Olesen, President, Consumer Audio at HARMAN. "With the introduction of JBL’s first integrated Smart Tx Audio Transmitter in over-ear headphones, this release sets a new industry benchmark. It’s a testament to JBL’s unwavering commitment to advancing sound technology and redefining what’s possible in the listening experience."

Personalised JBL Pro Sound

Engineered with JBL’s newly developed 40mm Mica Dome drivers, the JBL Tour ONE M3 is precisely tuned to deliver deep bass, balanced mids, and crystal-clear highs. Its precision in sound reproduction brings every note and detail to life, whether streamed wirelessly with Hi-Res Bluetooth or through a lossless USB-C connection.

Personalise the experience even further with JBL Personi-Fi 3.0. Set up a customised hearing profile by simply taking the hearing test in the JBL Headphones app. The new user experience and algorithm make Personi-Fi 3.0 more accurate than ever before with a 12-band EQ and separate L/R balance optimisation.

Immersive cinema from any content

With the introduction of the next-generation JBL Spatial 360, convert any movie and gaming content into an immersive cinematic experience. Deepen the immersion with integrated head tracking, as sounds stay fixed in space even when the listener turns their head, adding a new layer of realism to the listening experience.

Ultimate sound control

JBL True Adaptive Noise Cancelling 2.0 on the JBL Tour ONE M3 creates an audio sanctuary by monitoring and adjusting to external sound environments in real-time. Using an advanced 8-microphone system, the headphones create a space of complete focus by blocking out distractions, whether it’s urban noise, a crowded office, or airplane engines. For listeners who want to stay more aware of their surroundings, Ambient Aware and TalkThru can be customised in the JBL Headphones app to control what and how much is heard.

JBL’s adaptive beamforming technology ensures crystal-clear voice clarity during calls, even in noisy environments. With 4 microphones built in, powered by the JBL AI algorithm and advanced call features, the JBL Tour ONE M3 is Zoom-certified via wired connection and optimised for superior communication, making it a perfect choice for both work and leisure.

Designed for all-day and whole-flight listening

Comfort and performance come together seamlessly in the design of the JBL Tour ONE M3, with super-soft ear cushions filled with special foam that improves passive noise cancellation. This thoughtful construction creates a secure fit that boosts both comfort and acoustic performance, providing hours of wear without compromise. Combined with a lightweight frame, the

JBL Tour ONE M3 offers up to 70 hours of playback, with a 5-minute charge delivering an additional 5 hours of listening power, ensuring all-day use without interruption.

The JBL Tour ONE M3 including the JBL SMART Tx will be available in Black, Mocha and Blue on April 15, 2025, at select retailers and on uk.JBL.com for £379.99.

The JBL Tour ONE M3 without the JBL SMART Tx will be available in Black, Mocha and Blue on April 15, 2025, at select retailers and on uk.JBL.com for £329.99.
